• Customer is subject to paying all freight charges.
• The unit is defective.
• Unworn cleats can be returned for a 25% re-stocking fee.
• Unworn cleats can be returned for a different size (if in stock) for a 10% re-stocking fee.
• Special order items and/or non-standard Tuff Toe applications may not be returned.
